Santa Cruz, Bolivia Cleft Palate Surgical Mission
Dr. Harrell will participate in the 2026 cleft palate surgical mission in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and will work with local orthodontists to ensure the proper orthodontic preparation of cleft palate surgical cases.

Dr. Harrell will be attending the Comprehensive Cleft Care Workshop to further enhance his skills with nano-alveolar molding and lip taping to ensure that the patients in Santa Cruz, Bolivia are best prepared for their lip closure and palate repair.
Dr. Dream Week @ CTOR
Brazilian dentists and orthodontists will visit Hoboken and New York City for five days for a preceptorship program at CTOR. They will be provided lectures each day from Dr. Harrell and will shadow CTOR residents in the orthodontic clinic.
World Federation of Orthodontic Conference, Rio de Janeiro
Dr. Harrell will be lecturing at the WFO Orthodontic Conference on will be covering the topic of correcting asymetrical vertical discrepancies in orthognathic surgical cases.
