Dr. Harrell is providing the orthodontic residents at CTOR with their Principals of Orthognathic Surgery course in the fall semester this year.

Dr. Harrell will be lecturing at the WFO Orthodontic Conference on will be covering the topic of correcting asymetrical vertical discrepancies in orthognathic surgical cases.
Dr. Dream Week @ CTOR
Brazilian dentists and orthodontists will visit Hoboken and New York City for five days for a preceptorship program at CTOR. They will be provided lectures each day from Dr. Harrell and will shadow CTOR residents in the orthodontic clinic.
Comprehensive Cleft Care Workshop 2025
Dr. Harrell will be attending the Comprehensive Cleft Care Workshop to further enhance his skills with nano-alveolar molding and lip taping to ensure that the patients in Santa Cruz, Bolivia are best prepared for their lip closure and palate repair.

This first lecture will focus on indications, placement, and usage of Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs) in dental patients.
